2024 Jog-a-Thon / Maze-a-Thon

“We decided to send our daughter to Sacred Heart because we wanted to give her the best possible education combined with a sense of community that comes with a smaller school. We have always been happy with this decision, but never more so than during Covid when we saw firsthand what an amazing job Sacred Heart did to provide students with a top notch distance learning program. The teachers and staff kept students engaged and we never worried that our daughter would fall behind during this unusual year.”

About 2024 Jog-A-Thon / Maze-A-Thon

This event is a 46-year old school tradition promoting fitness and community support of our school.  K-8th Grade Students gather pledges for five weeks leading up to the event.  This year our 47th Annual Jog-A-Thon will be at Spiegelberg Stadium on October 9th from 9:00am-11am.  Students walk/jog/run around the track for 2 hours.

Students who run 20 laps/5 miles will be awarded into the RAVE Orthodontics 5-Mile Smile Club.  They receive a dri-fit t-shirt and Dr. Ravassipour donates $10 to the school for each student in the club.

For our Preschool and Prekindergarten students, we have a Maze-A-Thon. This year’s event will take place in our newly renovated gymnasium on October 8th from 9:00-10:00am. Our students in these grades will have the opportunity to explore our blow-up maze, play fall themed games and have a good time.

Our fundraising goal is $40,000 this year.  Jog-A-Thon and Maze-A-Thon pledges support scholarships, teachers, classrooms, and keep tuition costs down. Money raised in the JAT/MAT goes toward each families $300 fundraising commitment.
